Auggie has had many surgeries which have prevented him from going to a regular school. When he does enter the fifth grade in a public school, his family, his new classmates, and the community all struggle to discover their compassion and acceptance. Auggie's extraordinary journey unites them all and proves you can't blend in when you were born to stand out (Rated PG).
