Charles Burton, Director

The Information Technology department was originally started in 1989 as part of the Louisiana Information Systems Project.  This project was partially funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce.

The IT Department works towards maintaining, upgrading, and supporting all parish technologies for the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and its entities. With ever-expanding technologies, it is our mission to stay relevant by using industry standards along with continuing education to increase our knowledge in the technology field.
