On Thursday June 23, 2022, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury approved the redistricting plan for Police Jury Districts based on the 2020 United States Census. The new districts will officially take effect January 1, 2024.  Residents will vote based on the new districts in the fall of 2023 Police Jury election.
