Registration for the 2018 Toys for Tots campaign will begin November 5.
The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Human Services Department, the Calcasieu Medical Reserve Corps and the Al Worley Marine Corps League #1157 will accept applications and certify eligible residents from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. (lunch break from noon- 1 p.m.) November 5 –8 and November 12-15 at 3001 Industrial Avenue in Lake Charles.
Children ages 1 – 12 are eligible for the program if they live in households with incomes not exceeding these 2018 Health and Human Services income guidelines:

Residents applying for Toys for Tots will be required to provide copies of the following:
- Proof of Calcasieu Parish residency
- Picture identification
- Birth certificate or social security card for each child
- Three (3) paycheck stubs or awards letter from SSI, VA, SS, AFDC, etc.
- Current eligibility food stamp award letter (within 30 days).
Toys for Tots Distribution Day will be 10 a.m.- 2:30 p.m., Saturday, December 22 at the Lake Charles Civic Center. A restocking break will take place from noon-12:30 p.m. Children must be present to receive toys.
The Toys for Tots Foundation and Al Worley Marine Corps League #1157 have approved all rules for participation in this project. Rules for acceptance or participation in the project are for all individuals regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex or handicap.
