All Calcasieu Parish Police Jury departments will be closed Thursday, July 4, for the Fourth of July holiday. Offices will reopen on Friday, July 5.

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury's temporary satellite office at the Post Oak Pavilion, 2911 Post Oak Road, in Sulphur, will be closed July 1-5. It will reopen Monday, July 8. Residents needing permits can visit Planning and Development's Lake Charles location, 901 Lakeshore Drive, fifth floor, or call 337-721-3610.

Garbage and trash pickup will run as normally scheduled for Waste Management customers. Call Waste Management at 337-377-0567 with questions.

The Residential Solid Waste Convenience Centers in Lake Charles and Sulphur will also be closed on July 4. They both will reopen July 5.
