The Nelson District Overlay Review Team will conduct a public hearing to discuss the following items:
ND03-001-10 (NW Corner of Nelson Road and Ham Reid Road in Ward Three)
A request by Lovejoy Partners, LLC for a major alternative design request to establish uses not permitted in Section I. The proposed uses are retail uses and bakeries, catering and delicatessen services, clinics, drug stores, food service shops, personal service shops, restaurants, (alcoholic beverages consumed on premises), studios, and other types of similar uses and to modify the architectural theme (French Country to Louisiana Vernacular) on an 18 acre tract located in the northwest corner of Nelson Road and Ham Reid Road.
