The Director of Planning and Development will conduct a public sale on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Calcasieu Parish Government Building located at 1015 Pithon Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana. If more than one (1) offer for any particular parcel is received, only parties who have submitted an offer with the required deposit shall be allowed to submit additional verbal bids. The Director of Planning and Development will submit the offers as well as oppositions to the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for consideration of adopting an ordinance authorizing acceptance of the highest bid at their meeting on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the Calcasieu Parish Government Building located at 1015 Pithon Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana
