To qualify for the program you'll need to bring:

• Proof of Residency within Calcasieu Parish
• Picture Identification
• Birth Certificate or Social Security Card of each child
• Paycheck Stubs (2) or Award letter from SSI, VA, SS, AFDC, etc.
• Food Stamp Eligibility Letter (within 30 days)
