The Calcasieu Point boat launch will be closed beginning December 15th for the removal and replacement of approximately 23,000 square feet of concrete to construct a new launch circle. The launch is expected to re-open in March 2015.

Prien Lake Park offers an alternate boat launch nearby that may be used during this time.
