Mr. Quinn is serving his first term representing District 1.

Mr. Quinn and his wife, Cammi, have three children – Carli Davis, Canaan, and Barrett – and one grandchild.

Darby is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, a lifetime member of the VFW Post 7321, a member of the American Legion and of the National Rifle Association. He has served as a board member of Gravity Drainage District 8 of Ward 1, Past President of Community Center and Playground District 4 of Ward 1 and Consolidated Gravity Drainage District 2 (East Calcasieu). He is currently in Operations at Citgo Petroleum.

He is a member of World Redemption Center and FaithWalk SWLA. In his spare time, he supports Sam Houston sports, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with his family.
