Tony Stelly is serving his fifth term representing District 10. He was first elected in 2003 and served three terms until 2016. He was elected again to his former seat in 2019.

He served as Police Jury President in 2022. 

Mr. Stelly and his wife Pam are lifelong Iowa residents. They have two children, Ryan (and wife, Saige) and Travis.

He is owner and manager of Advantage Tire & Alignment.

The entire family loves to cook and visit with friends and family. They enjoy deer hunting, camping, boat riding and French dancing. They are members of St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Iowa and serve on the Church Council.
