Randy Burleigh is serving his second term representing District 14.

He and his wife, Keri, are lifelong residents of Westlake. They are the parents of four children and ten grandchildren.

Mr. Burleigh retired as Inbound Supply Chain Manager for Sasol Chemicals USA. He served two terms on the Calcasieu Parish School Board and he served as President in 2013. He is a former member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana's Board of Directors. He also served for four years on Recreation District No. 1 of Ward 4's Board of Commissioners and he served for ten years on the United Way of Southwest Louisiana's Allocation & Review Committee.

Mr. Burleigh is an active member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and attending LSU and Westlake High sporting events. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
