Tony Guillory is currently serving his fifth term representing District 4. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Guillory served as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and was re-elected in 2011. He served as Police Jury President in 2020. On the state level, he served as 2021 President the Executive Board of the Police Jury Association of Louisiana, as well as Vice President of the Black Caucus of the Louisiana Police Jury Association. On the national level, he is the treasurer of the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCo), serves on the NABCo Legislative Committee and is a member-at-large on the Executive Board of NABCo. He's also on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and is vice-chair of the Community and Economic Development Steering Committee.
A lifelong resident of Lake Charles, Mr. Guillory is a graduate of Washington High School.
He is currently employed by Johnny Janese State Farm Insurance Company. Mr. Guillory is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lake Charles, Family and Friends of Louisiana Incarcerated Children (FFLIC), Foreman-Reynaud Community Center Board of Directors, Knights of Peter Claver #141, League of Women Voters, and the Rotary Club of Opelousas. He is also an American Red Cross volunteer.
