All Calcasieu Parish Police Jury offices and services will be open Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Offices were closed Aug. 30, due to the threat of severe weather from Hurricane Ida.

West Nile Virus Update: Latest Mosquito Pools Test Negative for the Virus
Calcasieu Parish Mosquito Control received confirmation from the state on Friday, Aug. 27, that none of the parish's mosquito pools - collections of mosquitoes from different areas in the parish - tested positive for the West Nile Virus.
