Youth commit crimes for different reasons than adults. While it is important to hold people accountable for their actions, it is also important to provide solutions that can prevent youth from further entering into a criminal lifestyle. The Probation Services Department utilizes a balanced approach in working with youth, seeking to hold them accountable for their actions while protecting the community and developing competency in the youth.

The department consists of the following:

• Juvenile Drug Court Program
• Traffic Division
