Born and raised in Lake Charles, LA, Kelly is married to Chris and has two children, Ryan and Lauren; and four grandchildren, Drew, Cooper, Paige and Riley.

• College: McNeese State University; Graduated 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
• Certification: Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1990
