• All Commercial Plan submittals shall include a Drainage Plan sheet with pre and post storm water runoff calculations or 10-year water surface elevations at outfall. (Hard Copy and Electronic Copy required).  Should the post runoff be higher than the pre runoff, a mitigation plan will be required to be submitted.

• Drainage Standards can be found in the Code of Ordinances Chapter 26, Article VII, Division 4. (Reviewing this Chapter will assist in the Drainage Plan/Calculations and/or Drainage Impact Analysis submittal)

Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA)

The below worksheet will need to be filled out and submitted in advance of submitting any application for development per ordinance:

26.345 (b)(1)

-In advance of submitting any application for development, the applicant shall complete and submit a TIA worksheet, as specified by the parish, which shall be used to determine if a TIA is required. The threshold requirements for a TIA shall be a development or combination of developments that would result in trip generation of more than an average of one thousand (1,000) trips per day based upon the latest edition of the Institute of Transportation Engineers Trip Generation Manual.
