- Boil Advisory Issued for Mossville Waterworks District Eight Calcasieu Waterworks District No. 8 of Wards 3 and 8 has issued a boil advisory, effective immediately for a portion of the district. The areas includes Frontage Road from Ledoux Road east to the end of the line; Parish Barn Road from Mark LeBleu Road south to Frontage Road.
- Portion of Goos Road to be Closed Nov. 18 for Tree Removal Goos Road, between Richard Road and Woodland Drive, will be closed from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18 for tree removal.
- Water Districts Nos. 2, 5, 8 and 12 to Begin Fire Hydrant Testing on Nov. 18 Utiliserve, a contractor hired by Water Districts Nos. 2, 5, 8 and 12, will conduct fire hydrant inspections, flushing, and testing beginning Monday, Nov. 18.
