Electronic Bidding

In accordance with Act No. 590 of the 2008 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, which provides for the option for contractors to electronically submit bids for public contracts and provides for receipt of electronic bids by political subdivisions, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury has implemented the procedures related to this requirement that electronic bidding be an option for contractors to submit bids on all parish projects.
