The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Human Services Department is launching a new volunteer program for seniors over 55 years of age to connect them with a vast array of opportunities across the parish. The program plans to design long-term project-based volunteer opportunities, short-term high impact projects and group projects that take place throughout the year.

To kick off the new program, the department is hosting a name and logo contest open to all ages!

If you would like to participate, you can submit your original logo designs, along with a name for the program between June 4th and August 1st.
