During the mandatory two year warranty period blower motor repairs must be done by the Service Provider. After the two year warranty period a qualified homeowner may repair or have the motor repaired by a qualified service technician in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Manufacturers are required to have available parts for their systems.

Examples of Major Repairs and Maintenances:

1.) Disassembling and assembling the blower motor.

2.) Pumping out the system's tank. All tank pump outs must be performed by a State licensed sludge hauler. All sludge must be taken to an LADEQ licensed and approved waste disposal site.
